1. Use of the Platform

TravFair provides a hotel meta-search platform for business use. You agree to use the platform solely for legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to searching, comparing, and analyzing hotel rates and availability. As we expand our service portfolio, additional travel services such as flights, transfers, and activities will also become accessible through the same platform, governed by these terms.

2. Account Responsibility

You may be required to create an account or receive access credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and system architecture on the TravFair platform are the intellectual property of Darts Tourism LLC or its partners. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or misuse any part of the platform without written permission.

4. Data Accuracy

TravFair aggregates hotel data from third-party suppliers and partners. While we strive for accuracy, TravFair is not responsible for discrepancies in rates, availability, or content provided by external sources. This applies to any future data integrations related to flights, transfers, or other travel services.

5. Third-Party Links & APIs

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., bedbanks, inventory providers). TravFair is not responsible for the content, performance, or policies of these external systems. This includes any future integrations that enable access to flights, transfers, or additional services.

6. System Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of the platform. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Any data you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and limited use of your information to improve services and fulfill platform functionality.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform to:

• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt unauthorized access or reverse-engineer the system
• Interfere with the performance or security of the platform
• Use the platform in violation of applicable laws

9. Modifications to Terms

TravFair reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), without regard to conflict of law principles.
